9 Low-Carb Dairy-Free Yogurts

Many of these brands may be available in your local grocery store or supermarket, however the plain unsweetened keto friendly flavors are often in short supply or simply not stocked. 1) Kite Hill Plain Unsweetened Almond Milk Yogurt

Ingredients: Almond Milk (Water, Almonds), Locust Bean Gum, Xanthan Gum, Agar, Live Active Cultures: S. Thermophius, L. Bulgaricus, L. Acidophilus, Bifidobacteria. 

Nutrition: Per 1 5.3oz (150g) container –  130 Calories, 11g Fat, 5g Protein, (4g Carbs – 2g Dietary Fiber) = 2 Net Carbs.

Description: Very smooth and creamy. No artificial flavors or preservatives. I use it often to thicken and add protein and fat to smoothies. For added flavor, simply add vanilla or berries and a few drops of liquid stevia. Can also be used as a sour cream alternative. 

2) Kite Hill Plain (or Vanilla) Unsweetened Greek Style Almond Milk Yogurt

Ingredients: Almond Milk (Water, Almonds), Tapioca Startch, Pectin, Locust Bean Gum, Agar, Live Active Cultures: S. Thermophius, L. Bulgaricus, L. Acidophilus, Bifidobacteria.
